Who I am

I'm Millie. Former nuclear scientist. Coach to over 1,000 women.

Master's in Chemistry. Former nuclear scientist for the UK Government. I've personally lost 25kg and kept it off long-term through ulcerative colitis, a complicated relationship with food, binge eating, and a career that didn't slow down.

I've worked with corporate lawyers, business owners, engineers, medical professionals — women exceptional at everything and stuck on this one thing.

Yes, more than most group programmes offer. I'm in the group chat answering questions Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Weekly live workshop and Q&A. Two personal progress reviews at Week 3 and Week 6 where I review your individual data and adjust your plan.

Both options are included. You choose what fits your life and can switch between them whenever you need. Home equipment requirements are kept simple and realistic.

The programme is fully scaleable. Brand new, returning, or already training — your programme is built to your level with video demos and progressions for every exercise.

Every workshop is recorded. Watch back whenever it suits you.

3 to 5 training sessions (45–60 mins each), plus the weekly workshop (around 45 mins). Nutrition fits into your existing routine — not on top of it.

Yes. The floor/middle/ceiling structure means you always have a version of the plan that works — at home with a full week ahead, or in an airport at 6am with back-to-back meetings. The nutrition structure is portable. The workshops are recorded. The community is asynchronous.

No. Navigating holidays is part of the programme. You'll have your floor plan, the Social Events Guide, a full Week 5 workshop, a full workshop in Week 5 dedicated to exactly this, and me in the chat to help you plan.

1-1 is daily access, fully customised every week, with deeper behavioural work. The Summer Reset is a structured group experience with personalised foundations, weekly live support, and two personal reviews. Many women start here and progress into 1-1.

You'll have macro and calorie targets for clarity. The goal is to teach you how to track without it taking over and to use the food swaps guide so flexibility is always built in.

Yes. The Social Events Guide and Week 5 workshop are dedicated to exactly this. The point is teaching you to live in the real world with a routine that lasts — not white-knuckling through 8 weeks and rebounding straight after.

Everything is considered. Your onboarding asks about your full health history and your programme is built around it — training intensity, cortisol load, recovery, and nutrition all adjusted accordingly.

No. This is built on sustainable, sensible nutrition. Crash diets keep the start-over cycle going — and we're not doing that.

You finish with a clear plan for what's next. Some continue solo. Some progress into 1-1 with priority access and a credit. Week 8 covers maintenance specifically.

There are no refunds. This is a full commitment — 8 weeks, showing up, doing the work. If you're not ready to commit to that, this isn't the right time.

If you show up, do the work, complete check-ins, and engage with the structure — you will see results. The progress reviews and micro adjustments exist to catch anything that isn't moving.
